Well, from far, the Picture looks very cute~ But when you actually look at the outlines, it's quite messy to me >A< Try using pens for the outline next time. Your Chibi styles are quite adorable, but you should try and experiment with other Chibi styles.

Personally I like the creative background, but the visible white lines are sort of bothering me.

P.S. Try drawing necks on your Chibi styles. Your styles are adorable, but just try and use other styles. Make a project for yourself and experiment what your capable of doing. Your still young and I bet you can be a very amazing artist one day.
